I, Elmira Nurkalykkyzy Suimbayeva, was born on November 22, 1983, in Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan. In 2001, I entered the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in Political Science. I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and completed my Master's degree in the same specialty in 2007. From 2021 to 2024, I studied in the PhD program at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. I have worked in the Akimat of Medeu District of Almaty, at JSC “Television and Radio Company ‘Southern Capital’”, and in other private organizations. From September 2020 to August 2023, I worked as a lecturer in special disciplines at the Almaty College of Service. Since September 2024, I have been working as a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. I am the author of 11 scientific articles published in Kazakhstan, Russia, the Czech Republic, and other countries. My main research interests include state youth policy, personnel reserve development, and civic and political activity of youth.
